We Will Not Enforce Order Violates Constitutional Rights
The sheriffâs office connected with Pennsylvaniaâs Cumberland County said upon Friday that it will not really enforce Gov. Tom Wolfâs (D) shutdown orders, vowing to proceed to âhonor our solemn oath to Support, Obey and Defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth.â
âThe Cumberland County Sheriffâs Office will honor our solemn oath to Support, Obey and Defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth,â the workplace said in a statement put up to social media on Friday, saying they will âstand with the citizens in defense of all of our Constitutional Rights!â
âOur Office will not be enforcing any âorderâ that violates our Constitutional Rights. Sheriff Anderson has stated âI have no intentions in turning local business owners into criminals,ââ the office carried on.
âThis is only the stance of the Cumberland County Sheriffâs Office but does not mean that this is the stance of State or Local Law Enforcement in Cumberland County,â the office clarified:

Leaders from two Pennsylvania counties â?
